February is a nice month for anime and comic conventions in Florida with three events from southwest Florida to the panhandle, reports Florida Comic Cons, a news site that covers conventions and cosplayers in The Sunshine State. Two of the events are anime conventions, and the third is a large comics and pop culture convention.
Brick City Anime Festival on February 11-12
Brick City Anime Festival 2023 is a two-day anime convention on February 11-12 at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida. Tickets are Saturday $35, Sunday $30, and a weekend pass $40 (and children under 10 get in free).
SW-FL Anime-Fest on February 12
SW-FL Anime-Fest 2023 is a one-day anime convention on February 12 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fort Myers. Tickets are $20, and children under age 11 are free.
Pensacon 2023 on February 24-26
Pensacon 2023 is a large pop culture convention on February 24-26 in Pensacola, Florida, which will be at various locations: Pensacola Bay Center, Pensacola Cultural Center, Museum of Commerce, and The Wright Place (the event is so big it has several venues!). Tickets are Friday $35, Saturday $45, Sunday $40, and weekend pass $85. Buy tickets here.
