4 Fantastic Reasons to Attend Central Florida Comic Con 2022

Central Florida Comic Con 2022 is a comic convention at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland, Florida on January 15-16, 2022. This convention (also known as CFCC) continues to grow each year, largely due to organizer Ben Penrod’s attention to creating an outstanding fan experience. Click here for ticket info! Fantastic reason #1: Amazing voice actors

There are seven amazing anime voice actors who will be signing autographs and posing for snaps, which include: Josh Grelle, Alexis Tipton, Justin Cook, Lindsay Seidel, Katelyn Barr, Chris Wehkamp, and Emily Neves.  Here are the top three headliners:

Josh Grelle

Josh Grelle is a voice actor best known for voicing Fumikage Tokoyami in My Hero Academia, Armin Artlert in Attack on Titan, Ichika Orimura in Infinite Stratos, and Nobuchika Ginoza in Psycho-pass: The movie.

Alexis Tipton

Alexis Tipton is a director and voice actor best known for voicing Sun Seto in My Bride is a MermaidMusubi in SekireiMizuki Himeji in Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts, and Millianna in Fairy Tail.

Fantastic Reason #2: Marvelous Comic Artists

There are two marvelous comic artists attending Central Florida Comic Con, including Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti.

Amanda Conner

Amanda Conner is an America Comic artist and a commercial illustrator. Since the 1980s Amanda has illustrated for Marvel and DC comics as well as Archie Comics, Claypool Comics, and Harris Comics. Additionally, some of her notable works include Harley Quinn, Powergirl, and Gatecrasher.

Jimmy Palmiotti

Jimmy Palmiotti is an American author, and inker of comic books. As a writer, Palmiotti is known for DeadpoolDaughters of the Dragonthe PunisherHeroes for Hire and Shanna the She-Devil for Marvel ComicsHawkmanSuperboy, and The Monolith for DC Comics. As an inker, he inked Ash which they co-created, along with Painkiller Jane, Daredevil, Paul Gulacy on Shang-Chi: Master of Kung FuPunisher, and Catwoman.

Fantastic Reason #3: Cosplay Contests

You can’t win if you don’t enter. That’s right, Central Florida Comic Con has two cosplay/costume contests for you to enter: Saturday at 4 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m. Winners receive prizes sponsored by Ultimate Wireless.

Fantastic Reason #4: There’s something for everyone.
